Click & Collect

  • When you arrive at The Quarries to collect your order, please ensure you follow any signs regarding mask wearing, hand gel etc.
  • Please do not arrive too early for your pick-up, nor stay longer than necessary on site.
  • If asked to scan an NHS QR code for Track & Trace, please do so.

Gifting Store Items

We’ve added the ability to gift uniform and other items in the shop, this is to make it easier for new volunteers and their management team to pay for uniform from Group accounts and the volunteer can then order the size that fits.

This is a new service under trial, so any feedback on whether this is useful would be appreciated.

Returning Items

As we are under a Click and Collect service, we also do Click and Returns. In order to return an item, you need to contact the Scout Shops team using the Contact Us Form, so we don’t get any surprises, we’ll then direct you to order a Item Return timeslot. This is to ensure we are able to give you the time you need to return an item in a Covid-safe manner, without feeling rushed we deal with your return.
